Little Personal Project called "Island".
Took a lot of inspiration from the game "Little Lands".
I simply wanted to have some fun with form through shapes, rather than defining through textures.
Through the use of gradients and color choices, as well as focusing on silhouettes, I tried to achieve a cohesive and expressive style that is both recognizeable and interesting to look at, without sacrificing readability.
My intention was to mimic isometric grid based top-down city/world building games.
